Howdy y’all! Okay, so we’ve been receiving lots of emails, texts and messages from you guys, wondering how our visit to Tybee Island turned out in the wake of Tropical Storm Debby. Well, we’re happy to report that we not only weathered the storm (our first-ever tropical storm) but we managed to get one sunny, wonderful day our of our visit. Tybee’s an awesome little spot! Craziness! We’ve been so, so lucky on this adventure – particularly with the weather. Everywhere we’ve been so far the weather has been just picture-perfect. BOTR 2012: So Much to Do, See and Taste in Beautiful Bardstown

So our first full day in beautiful Bardstown, Kentucky has been a blast. An absolute blast. We’ve been able to explore the town, shop at the farmer’s market, meet lots and lots of really great people, visit a couple of distilleries (where we sampled a few [*ahem*] glasses of mighty fine bourbon, AND – for the first time ever – we did an actual interview with a puppet!
